Light Pollution
My brother-in-law lives across the street. He and his wife are normal folks with an abnormal desire to spread the Christmas cheer. This photo is a picture of how it looks from my driveway. I just go elsewhere if I decide to observe under these conditions.
This is Mankins, Texas. I observe from here when I can. This is an example of the Wichita Falls city lights 24km west of there. The photo is a 3 minute tracked shot done from a barn-door tracking mount. It is unmodified. Click on it to enlarge it. You can see my friends the donkeys. There are several other skunks and coyotes as well. An automobile is passing by in the bottom right corner.
